Burly feet

“Burly feet”. This rare, large maple burl from Wake Forest, NC has intense “eye” grain, color and figured grain patterns. Burls are highly coveted, rare and expensive (!!) irregular growth on trees when they get stressed or injured like diseases, pests, physical trauma. With hand-carved feet and finished with food safe oils and wax, this bowl is certain to command attention at the coffee/dinner table!
